Londinium

The burning of Londinium
Kymbri became a solid idea as soon as Lucanis drove out the Roman Remnant into the seaThe deciding point of this war of two wolves was the conquering of Londinium by general Lucanis. During the fighting, a fire started and spread throughout the city. After this, the Roman remnant(Roman citizens left in Britannia after Rome's fall) was defeated. Lucanis considered the city important and ordered for it to be rebuilt.

Influence
When Kymbri was Britannia, there was an east/west divide on the isle. The western half remained celtic and followed the druids while the east tried to remain as roman as possible. This roman influence still permeates londinium which is dotted with villas and insulae, along with repurposed monuments and statues. Repurposed with "celtic-modern" elements and beliefs.

Main Artery
The Tamisis(often shortened to Tamis) acts as the main artery and runs through the middle of the city. Due to Kymbri's unique industrial revolution, the Tamis is slowly becoming polluted much to the dismay of the Druidi who maintain the local grove near the river's bank.

The Green Trend
The city itself contains a vast amount of green. Maintaining gardens has been popular for for many generations now, to the point where Kymbrian's do not feel quite at home without one. This has grown to the point where the occupation of gardener is held in high esteem. You can find these gardens within walled insulae, small yards, rooftops and parks. To the outsider there seems no end to the amount of parks in the city, but the most significant public parks are Iria, Caractacus, and the The Grove.

"These Kymbrians are so obsessed with natural beauty that you'd think they'd not notice their own stabbing because they were gazing at a particularly pretty flower in a window display. At least the air has quality- though we must be weary of these people, for poking them would be like poking a sleeping bear." -Tengra ambassador Sallabades, 1406 ank.

The Stints
If there is one major blight in the city other than the workhouses, it is an area called The Stints, the poorest area in the city where the streets are labyrinthine and where people are packed in like fish in salt barrels. Horrid workhouses provide some subsistence, but conditions are so poor that many turn to crime, some even find themselves indentured.
